A brief talk on the experience of environmentally friendly bleaching and dyeing and non-ironing technology for polyester/majia textile
1 Introduction With China's accession to the WTO, the demand for textile exports has increased, which has brought great opportunities to the textile industry. However, products entering the European market at the same time must comply with relevant environmental standards, namely “green barriersâ€. The polyester/linen fabrics received by our factory need to be bleached, dyed and free of scalding. The products are exported to Germany and the Netherlands and are required to reach “OeKo-Texâ€. Standard 100" standard. For this reason, we have determined the use of dispersion, B-type reactive dyeing, and the use of Suzhou Nova Chemicals NC-99 formaldehyde-free by repeated selection of dyes and non-iron finishing agents. Finished finishing, mass production passed "OeKo-Tex Standard 100". Let's talk briefly about the production process and some of the lessons we have gained from it. 2, process development 2.1 Preparation of pre-treatment process The grey fabric we produce is the fabric of polyester and linen. The radial direction is 8s pure polyester and the latitudinal direction is 10s pure linen. Since the pure linen yarn has been treated well, there is basically no hemp and impurities on the cloth surface. Therefore, the pretreatment is carried out on the flat belt and the bleaching machine by the alkali and oxygen-loof process. The process flow is: seam head - padding alkali oxygen liquid - steaming - water washing. Alkaline oxygen solution is prescribed: stabilizer 8g Hydrogen peroxide 10g Caustic soda 15g/l The steaming temperature was 100 ° C for 60 minutes. 2.2 bleaching, dyeing process development After the semi-products of the flat-level oxygen bleaching machine are dried to a semi-dry state, a shape is required to be removed, and the purlins produced by the previous process are removed. Note that the cloth must be wet when it is dried, otherwise the dead fiber of hemp fiber is difficult to remove. For the bleaching fabric, it only needs to be padded and whitened in the rolling mill, and then shaped by the shaping machine; the dyed fabric should be dyed with disperse dye on the high temperature and high pressure jigger, then dyed with reactive dyes. cotton. Due to the need for environmental protection, the choice of dyes and additives has become very important. It is necessary to make dyes and auxiliaries meet environmental protection requirements, and to make the dyes stable during the dyeing process, and the quality is easy to control. 3, the choice of dyes, additives 3.1 Selection of whitening agent Because it is a polyester / linen fabric, polyester plus white, cotton plus white must be added. Polypropylene plus white DT is an environmentally friendly product, while ordinary cotton plus white VBL contains sensitizing substances and must use environmentally friendly alternatives. After searching and comparing, we finally selected the “Rakeford BLR Liquid†produced by Clariant, which is equivalent to cotton plus white VBL, with good whiteness and acid resistance. , and the resin finishing work solution can be used in the same way. 3.2 Dye selection Among the disperse dyes currently used, in addition to domestically dispersed yellow RGFL and dispersed ash N, they are basically environmentally friendly dyes. The disperse yellow RGFL is often used in the low-temperature three-primary color matching because the large-scale dithering is relatively stable. A dye equivalent to the disperse yellow RGFL must be selected. After screening, we chose the domestically dispersed yellow SE-3R produced by Wenzhou Kaiyuan Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., which is color-matched by small sample, large-scale dithering and good stability. For reactive dyes dyed with cotton, our company uses BES-type double-reactive dyes produced by Shanghai Wande Chemical Co., Ltd., which is not only environmentally friendly, but also has high dyeing yield and good stability. It is a good dye in cotton reactive dyes. . 4, non-iron finishing Hemp fiber is a natural fiber with good hygroscopicity, breathability and comfort. In order to overcome the defects that the hemp fiber is easy to crepe and need to be ironed after washing, the polyester/hemp fabric is subjected to non-iron finishing. At present, the non-iron finishing agent used on the market, whether it is low formaldehyde or ultra-low formaldehyde resin, will always contain formaldehyde harmful to the human body. Our products are exported to the Netherlands and Germany for the production of tablecloths, which have very high internal testing requirements. By selecting and comparing, we use NC-99 formaldehyde-free finishing agent (polymeric polycarboxylic acid) produced by Nova Chemical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., the process flow is: To be finished cloth - padding working fluid - drying - baking Working fluid formula: NC - 99 10 Matching softener 3 Strong protective agent 2 Water x/100L Baking: setting machine 170-180 ° C40 - 50 seconds In order to avoid the effect of dye color change on the dyed fabric after the non-iron finishing, we will carry out the color change test on the dispersion and reactive dye used. The test results are as follows: 5 Conclusion We will send the final product samples, and the German customers will test, the environmental testing requirements, dyeing fastness and other indicators all meet the requirements, the user is very satisfied. Product related indicators: It can be seen that the non-iron finishing of the polyester/linen fabric adopts the breaking strength of NC-99 to be less than 20%, although slightly higher, the aldehyde-free characteristics are obviously superior to the low aldehyde and ultra-low aldehyde products. The flatness reaches 3 to 4, and there is a certain possibility to increase it again, which can increase the amount of NC-99. Due to the use of Clariant's Rexford BLR brightener and the non-iron finishing agent in the same bath to achieve a shortened process, and achieve the corresponding non-scaling effect, the whiteness is also less affected. In the field of energy power, the improvement of efficiency and the extension of life span have very demanding requirements on material performance and structural design. Silicon carbide ceramic materials outperform most metallic materials in terms of specific stiffness, thermal shock resistance, friction and wear resistance, and thermal conductivity, but are limited by the difficulty of processing ceramic materials, which prevents their large-scale application.
