Professor Hu Shuwen and others have completed the research and development of coating materials and the construction of pilot-controlled production lines for controlled release fertilizers. The current 300-500 kg/hr continuous automated production line has been operating stably for more than 1,000 hours, providing more than 500 tons of test fertilizer products. According to reports, the production technology of easily degradable polymer coated controlled release fertilizer has four characteristics: First, the coating material has good biodegradability and nutrient controlled release, and only uses about 30% of the polyolefin membrane. It can achieve the same controlled release effect, greatly reducing the amount of membrane material and reducing the production cost. Second, the fertilizer production is continuous and automated. The controlled release type of the product can be adjusted between 30 days and 180 days, and the quality of the finished product is stable. It is produced without using any flammable and explosive solvents, and there is no “three wastesâ€; the fourth is that the products have obvious effects in the field application, and domestic tests show that they can be widely used in a variety of crops, especially field crops, and increase production. 9%~15%, even under the condition of 25% nitrogen reduction, can ensure stable production or increase production, and reduce the double waste of resources and energy caused by excessive fertilization.
It is understood that the domestic in-situ reaction film-coated controlled release fertilizer technology is obviously behind the international level. The easy-degradation polymer coated controlled release fertilizer production technology is through in situ reaction of degradable monomers, and the small molecule monomer is directly in the fertilizer. The surface of the particles is formed into a film. The polymer membrane prepared by this technique is biodegradable, and the weight loss rate in the soil can reach 15% to 25% in one year, and the environmentally friendly performance is outstanding.
