Analyze the failure of the electronic loadometer from the indicator

Due to the complexity of the electronic weighing scale's weighing system, it is often not possible to quickly determine the cause when a failure occurs. However, the failure of the electronic platform scale is often first reflected on the indication of the weighing indicator. Based on the indication of the display, a preliminary analysis of the cause of the failure can be given as follows:
1. The indicator shows no value and no indicator. This situation is generally a power failure. Check the contents: (1) Is the AC 220V power supply normal? (2) Is the connection between the power cord of the weighing indicator and the power outlet reliable?
(3) The fuse of the weighing indicator is in good condition.
(4)Whether the digital display tube of the weighing display is normal or not. Check whether the connection part is reliable. AC 220V power supply is normal. The fuse of the electronic weighing scale is good. Later, the power plug of the weighing display is loosely connected with the AC 220V power outlet. The heavy display does not have AC 220V power supply. Therefore no value is shown.
2. There is no indication on the weighing indicator, but there is a pointing cursor. This situation is generally a load cell or cable connection failure.
Check content:
(1) Is the output signal of the load cell normal? (2) Is the cable connection between the load cell and the weighing indicator reliable?
(3) Whether the scale body is stuck or not, and whether the limit device is normal.
(4) Check whether the digital display tube of the indicator is normal.
3. The display of the weighing indicator drifts. This situation is generally the content of the load cell failure check:
(1) The output signal of the load cell is normal.
(2) Whether the load cell and cable are damp and the connection is reliable.
4. The display of the weighing indicator has poor repeatability.
If the load cell cable connection is all normal and reliable, the failure of this condition is likely to be in the mechanical part. Often due to displacement or improper installation of the load-bearing device, the load cell is subject to uneven force or generates a component force, resulting in poor repeatability of the display of the weighing indicator.
