After the mill is installed and checked, it must be commissioned. Check items include:
1. Screws should be tightened everywhere.
2. The valves on the pipeline should be flexible and the oil surface meets the requirements.
3. Seals should be well sealed.
4. Contact signals and protective devices are tested in stand-alone and flexible and reliable.
5. All auxiliary equipments are all installed, which can guarantee the smoothness of materials after grinding.
6. Silo materials have sufficient reserves.
7. When the clutch is toggled, the clutch should be in the correct direction.
8. The direction of rotation of each motor is correct.
(1) Procedure for empty grinding operation of air mill operation
1. The motor runs idle (without grinder and speed reducer) for 4 hours.
2. 8 hours with motor and reducer (without mill)
3. Drive the mill to run for 12 hours, first start the main bearing lubrication system to be lifted by the high pressure oil, then start the slow drive device, slowly turn 1-2 revolutions, confirm that the mill has no collision and hinder operation, and then stop, Take off the slow drive device, start the main motor high-low pressure pump and supply oil at the same time, stop the high-pressure fuel supply after 3 minutes.
The operation of the air mill should meet the following requirements:
1) The lubrication condition of each lubrication point is normal and there is no leakage phenomenon;
2) The temperature of the main bearing of the mill should not exceed 40°C, and the temperature of the rolling bearing lady should not exceed 50°C:
3) The operation of the mill should be smooth, the operation of the gear should be smooth and free from abnormal noise, and the tooth surface meets the requirements:
4) No loosening of the liner and transmission parts.
(2) Load test run After the mill has been inspected for air mill operation, the load test run can be performed. In the load test run, the corresponding amount of materials must be added. The load is gradually increased during the test run. The operation is divided into the following stage:
1. Start the high and low pressure lubrication system of the main bearing. After the rotating part is dragged by the high pressure oil, start the main motor. After running for 5 minutes, close the high pressure oil pump of the bearing lubrication system and continue the low pressure oil supply.
2. Load 1 to 3 grinding bodies designed for loading and operate for 24 hours;
3. Load 2 to 3 grinding bodies designed for loading and operate for 72 hours;
4. Load 5 to 6 grinding bodies designed for loading and operate for 72 hours;
5. All grinding bodies loaded into the design load are operated for 72 hours;
In the test run of the load, an appropriate amount of material must be added at the same time. The mill should meet the following requirements in the load test run:
1. Smooth work, no drastic, periodic vibration:
2. The main bearing tile temperature should be less than 65 °C, the return temperature should be less than 50 °C;
3. All ancillary equipment is operating normally;
4. There is no ash leakage in the screw parts of mill end cap liner, cylinder liner, bulkhead plate and mill gates:
5. After loading the grinding body with a total weight of 1 to 3, after running for 24 hours, inspect the bolts at the joints of the lining boards, etc., and check that the anchor bolts are loose, break or fall off, and the bolts and nuts must be locked once.
These plates are manufactured in cleanroom facilities which are certified free of RNase, DNase, human genomic DNA and endotoxins. We use only the highest medical grade virgin polypropylene with high resistance against chemicals such as DMSO, phenol, and chloroform. Pyramid channel bases are best for small volume recovery. The standard SBS footprint ensures its compatibility with automation.
Our sturdy and reusable reagent reservoirs can stand-up to autoclaving, exposure to temperature extremes, and chemicals. Made from polypropylene these reservoirs offer a stable base that makes them suitable for manual procedures as-well-as automation.
These fully automation compatible reservoirs feature an SBS footprint and can be used in plate handlers or stackers. To minimize space on platforms (when a stacker is not in use) or under hoods, these reservoirs can be filled and stacked.
