Cemented carbide mold making and processing method
Since 2003, the company has been making YG series of cemented carbide molds. Through the practice verification and repeated test comparison, the structure and processing methods of cemented carbide parts have been continuously improved. Stable use in production has created considerable economic benefits for the company. Due to the special nature of cemented carbide, its price is high. In order to reduce the cost of the mold, it is often used in the most critical part of the production process - the mold structure with the embedded carbide parts. The mold with a ring-shaped or block-shaped carbide sleeve has a simple structure and a simple processing method, and has been widely used in molds for forming and stretching processes. The outer circumferential surface of the cemented carbide is used as the working surface (see Figs. 1 and 3); the inner circumferential surface of the cemented carbide is used as the working surface (see Figs. 2 and 4).
A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer that converts force into measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of force sensors, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used type.
