Cixi bearing boosts industrial transformation and upgrading plan

A few days ago, Ningbo Economic Commission announced the “2010 Ningbo Special Plan for Equipment Manufacturing and Emerging Products Transformation and Upgrade Technical Transformation”, and a total of 21 projects in Cixi City were included in this special plan. The project plans to invest 450 million yuan in fixed assets. After the project is put into production, the annual new sales income will be 2.3 billion yuan, the profit will be 300 million yuan, and the tax will be 180 million yuan. Since the beginning of this year, Cixi City has fully implemented the “Accelerate the Upgrading of Technical Equipment and Promote the Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Action Plan” with remarkable achievements.

Bearing is a traditional advantageous industry in Cixi City. It is reported that the first three quarters of this year, the city's bearing industry to complete technical transformation investment reached 360 million yuan. In this special plan, Huanqi Bearing Group Co., Ltd.'s "annual output of 15 million sets of high-precision automotive bearing production line technological transformation project", Ningbo New Earth Bearing Co., Ltd. and Fuda Bearing Group Co., Ltd.'s two projects are also on the list . Since the beginning of this year, Cixi City has implemented technical catch-up plans for a number of leading bearing companies and organized technological breakthroughs. It has endeavored to promote the city's common and key technologies in the industry to reach the advanced level at home and abroad, enhance the core competitiveness of leading enterprises, and achieved remarkable results.

The new energy industry has a strong momentum of development. From January to September this year, the city's new energy industry completed a technical reform investment of 200 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.7%. The “1.2 billion Ah lithium-ion battery (phase 1) production line technical transformation project with an annual output of 1.2 billion Ah” of Ningbo Shijie New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in this special plan belongs to the new energy technology transformation project. The project employs ten returned doctors from universities and scientific research institutes such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to form an expert team, and uses world-class technology and manufacturing processes to produce world-class lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles. The first phase of the project will be completed. Post-production will increase the annual production capacity of 30 million Ah lithium-ion battery for electric vehicles, with an annual output value of 225 million yuan, sales of 200 million yuan, and profit of 36 million yuan. After the overall project is put into production, a new energy industrial park integrating battery materials, electric vehicles, lithium ion batteries for energy storage and pure electric vehicles, investment in R&D, and production can be built in our city.
