1 Preparation before operation
1.1 Before operating the valve, the operating instructions should be carefully read.
1.2 The flow of gas must be clear before operation, and the opening and closing signs of the valve should be checked.
1.3 Check the appearance of the electric valve to see if the electric valve is damp. If there is moisture, it needs to be dried. If any other problems are found, it should be dealt with in time and must not be operated with faults.
1.4 For electric devices that have been deactivated for more than 3 months, check the clutch before starting, confirm that the handle is in the manual position, and then check the insulation, steering and electrical circuit of the motor.
2 Electric valve operation matters needing attention
2.1 When starting, confirm that the clutch handle is in the corresponding position.
2.2 If the electric valve is controlled in the control room, turn the transfer switch to the REMOTE position, and then control the switch of the electric valve through the SCADA system.
2.3 If manual control, switch the switch to the LOCAL position, operate the switch of the electric valve on the spot. When the electric valve is opened or closed, it will automatically stop working, and then switch the operation switch to the intermediate position.
2.4 When the valve is operated on site, the valve opening and closing instructions and valve stem operating conditions should be monitored, and the valve opening and closing degree should meet the requirements.
2.5 When using on-site operation to fully close the valve, before closing the valve in place, the electric closing valve should be stopped, and the valve should be closed in place using micro-motion.
2.6 For the valve after setting the stroke and over-torque controller, when fully opening or fully closing the valve, you should pay attention to monitor the control of the stroke. If the valve does not stop to the position, you should immediately stop the emergency.
2.7 In the process of opening and closing the valve, if the signal indicator is found to be wrong or the valve has abnormal noise, it should be stopped in time for inspection.
2.8 After successful operation, the power supply of the electric valve should be turned off.
2.9 When operating multiple valves at the same time, attention should be paid to the operation sequence and meet the production process requirements.
2.10 When opening a larger-diameter valve with a bypass valve, if the pressure difference between the two ends is larger, the bypass valve should be opened to adjust the pressure before the main valve is opened: after the main valve is opened, the bypass valve should be closed immediately.
2.11 When sending and receiving pigs (devices), the ball valve they pass must be fully opened.
2.12 The operation of ball valve, gate valve, globe valve and butterfly valve can only be fully open or fully closed, and it is strictly prohibited for adjustment.
2.13 During the operation of gate valve, globe valve and flat valve, when closing or opening to the top dead center or bottom dead center, it should rotate 1/2 ~ 1 circle.
