Otsuka: MCR-H "Hyper" won the 20th Mould Technology Award

The technology used in Daxie's ultra-high-speed, high-precision gantry machining center MCR-H "Hyper" won the 20th Mould Technology Association Award for Technology Award.


The award-winning technology is the "new principle linear motor, thermal displacement design and high-precision compensation technology developed for the large-scale mold processing machine" used in the gantry machining center MCR-H "Hyper". MCR-H "Hyper" aims to shorten the 1/2 finishing time, and uses the independently developed PREX linear motor on the X-axis and Y-axis to achieve high-speed, high-precision feed. At the same time, in response to the Thermo-Friendly Concept, the room temperature change due to long-term processing and thermal deformation due to mechanical development are minimized, and the machining accuracy is greatly improved. By controlling the dimensional change over time to 1/5, The delivery time for mold manufacturing is greatly reduced.
