These problems can be corrected by adjusting the machine settings, the temperature of the packaging machine that is more often adjusted, the circulating wind speed, the conveyor speed, the number of venting holes, and the shrink film size. Question 1: Flatulence
Hot air remains in the shrink film
solution:
1. Increase the number of venting holes to accelerate the leakage of air from the shrink film;
2. Slow down the conveyor belt speed of the packaging machine, so that the hot air has a longer time to leak out of the shrink film;
3. Increasing the temperature of the packaging machine helps the air to leak out of the shrink film.
Question 2: Atomization
The surface of the shrink film becomes blurred, like a mist
solution:
1. Lower the temperature of the packaging machine, and the temperature is too high, which is the cause of the shrinkage of the shrink film;
2. Increase the speed of the conveyor belt of the packaging machine, so that the time for the shrink film to contact the heat is reduced.
Question 3: Fisheye
Fisheye wrinkles appear on the surface of the shrink film
solution:
1. The temperature of the shrink packaging machine is too low, and the temperature of the packaging machine can be increased;
2. The speed of the conveyor belt of the shrink packaging machine is too fast, and the speed of the conveyor belt can be lowered;
3. The circulating wind of the shrink packaging machine is too low, and the circulating wind can be lowered.
