Crop zinc fertilizer application technology

The common characteristics of zinc deficiency in crops are: leaves are chlorotic, internodes are shortened, clusters, lobules, short plants, growth inhibition, high seed empty rate, low yield, once zinc deficiency should be promptly applied zinc fertilizer, supplement zinc fertilizer The growth and development of the post-crop will be significantly improved, which can improve the seed setting rate, enhance the cold resistance and disease resistance, and increase the yield by more than 10%.
A large amount of compound fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer will induce zinc deficiency in crops, and zinc fertilizer needs to be added. The application of hybrid varieties and high-yield cultivation techniques has resulted in a larger zinc requirement for crops and an increase in zinc fertilizer. The application of zinc fertilizer on corn, wheat, cotton, rape, fruit trees, vegetables, soybeans, peanuts and other crops can significantly improve and improve product quality.
Zinc fertilizer can generally be used as base fertilizer, top dressing and seed fertilizer in application.
1, base fertilizer. When zinc fertilizer is used as the base fertilizer, 1-2kg of zinc sulfate is generally applied per mu, which can be mixed with physiological acid fertilizer. The mild zinc-deficient plots are applied again after 1-2 years, and the moderately zinc-deficient plots are applied every other year or in the following year.
2, topdressing. When zinc fertilizer is used as top dressing, it is often used as top dressing. The general crop is sprayed with a concentration of 0.02%-0.1% zinc sulfate solution, and the corn can be used at a concentration of 0.1%-0.5%. The fruit tree can be sprayed with 5% zinc sulphate one month before the germination, and the germination result tree is brushed with 3%-4% concentration; the annual branches are 2-3 times or 0.2% zinc sulphate solution is sprayed in the early summer.
3, seed fertilizer. Zinc fertilizer is often used for soaking seeds or seed dressing methods. The concentration of soaking seeds is 0.02%-0.1%, soaking seeds for 12 hours, and sowing after drying. For seed dressing, use 2g-6g zinc sulfate per kilogram of seed, and corn can use 2g-4g.
In addition, it should be noted that the application of zinc fertilizer should be applied sooner or later, and it is best applied in the early stage of crop growth. Zinc fertilizer should be combined with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers to exert greater fertilizer efficiency and obtain a better harvest. The application of zinc fertilizer should be strictly controlled and applied according to the recommended amount.

Conductivity Sensor

Conductivity refers to the degree to which charge carriers (usually ions) in a liquid or solution are capable of conducting electrical current. It is a measure of the conductivity of a liquid and is commonly used to assess the concentration, purity, and ion content of water quality and solutions. Conductivity sensors are specifically designed to measure conductivity. They typically use two electrodes to pass a current through a sample in a liquid and measure the voltage difference between the two electrodes. According to Ohm's law (current equals voltage divided by resistance), the conductivity value can be calculated by measuring the voltage and knowing the electrode spacing.
The measurement principle of Daruifuno's analog conductivity sensor is two electrodes, and the materials are stainless steel and graphite.
Stainless steel conductivity sensors use stainless steel as the construction material for electrodes and sensors. Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength and is suitable for a wide range of application environments. The K constant is divided into 0.01, 0.1 and 1, and the measurement range is 0.05~20uS/cm, 0.5~200uS/cm and 5~2000uS/cm. 1/2 inch NPT mounting thread, suitable for pipeline installation or flow installation. It can usually be used in ultrapure water, pure water, agricultural irrigation and other industries.

Graphite conductivity sensors use graphite materials as electrodes. Graphite has good electrical conductivity and chemical stability, and can be used in specific applications, such as high temperature or strong acid and alkali environment, with a K constant of 1 and a measurement range of 0~10mS/cm. It is usually used in the conductivity detection of surface water, sewage, cooling towers, etc.
