1 Overview Aiming at the current situation of continuous high fires and heavy fires in China, we use automatic detection and early suppression of fire sources ( early fires ) such as switchboards and electrical cabinets as the cutting point. Automatic devices ( see Figure 1) and special high-efficiency ultra-fine powder fire extinguishing agent products realize the combination of fixed-point detection, rapid start-up and high-efficiency fire extinguishing in early fires, and provide new and efficient technical means to solve the technical problems of prevention and control of electrical fires. . Figure 1 New Equipment for Early Fire Extinguishing: Fire Extinguishing Superfine Powder Automatic Fire Extinguishing Device When the Ministry of Public Security’s Bureau of Science and Technology Information Technology accepted the project, the evaluation opinion given by the expert group was: “The project results can effectively meet the urgent needs of the Chinese fire protection industry for new high-efficiency early-phase fire suppression technology products, and at the same time can develop new technologies for related products. And the formulation of standards provides an important basis, and the research results have reached the international advanced level." The project has a number of independent intellectual property rights, including 3 patents for inventions : 1 An electrical fire protection method and its protection device (ZL 201110345989 . 6) ; â‘¡ fire detection tube powder aerosol fire suppression apparatus (ZL 201310398580 X.); 3 A power outlet with fire protection (ZL201 1 l0345990 . 9) . Two utility model patents: â‘ A power socket prevent electrical fires, ZL 2011 20433212. 0 ; â‘¡ fine dry powder automatic fire extinguishing equipment, ZL 2013 20554540. 5 . 2 Technological innovation (1) Developed a series of new ultra-fine powder fire extinguishing devices. Based on the principle of sending tank pneumatic conveying and the cone-bottom siphon powder conveying mode, a novel fire-extinguishing tube-type ultra-fine powder fire extinguishing device with independent intellectual property rights has been developed, which has reached international leading level in terms of fire-extinguishing performance and jetting performance. (2) Developed a new type of special superfine powder fire extinguishing agent. Using jet crushing method and surface coating modification method, three kinds of ABC ultrafine powder fire extinguishing agent products with different particle sizes were developed , and the product preparation process parameters were established, and comprehensive consideration was given to the ultrafine powder fire extinguishing agent passed through the fire detection pipe. The special ultra-fine powder fire extinguishing agent product with suitable particle size was determined for conveying and spraying performance. (3) For the first time, suitable design parameters for a new type of ultrafine powder fire extinguishing device have been established. The release process of the fire-extinguishing tube type superfine powder fire extinguishing device was revealed. Through experimental research and calculation and analysis, the setting parameters such as filling ratio, filling pressure, particle size of fire extinguishing agent, length of fire detection pipe, and ejection characteristics were established. The quantitative relationship between fire extinguishing performance and the establishment of appropriate design parameters ( see Figure 2 to Figure 5) can provide a theoretical basis for device application design and provide technical support for the formulation of related standards. Through the standard experiments and simulation of physical fire distribution cabinets, electrical equipment, numerical control machine tools and other fire experimental studies, the fire-fighting application parameters of fire suppression equipment such as n-heptane fire, wood fire fire, and cable fire were established, and appropriate fire extinguishing application methods in different locations were determined. The calculation method for fire extinguishing agent design and usage can provide technical support for device engineering design and related standards formulation, laying the foundation for the promotion and application of the device. 3 Product Features (1) Developed and designed for a typical fire source fire. (2) Extinguish the fire in the early stage to minimize the fire damage. (3) It has the characteristics of “fixed-point detection, directional injection, and high-efficiency fire extinguishingâ€. The fire extinguishing efficiency is 8 times that of heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent , and it is more than 20 times that of carbon dioxide fire extinguishing agent . (4) The device is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient in installation and maintenance, and has a low probability of false alarms in fire alarms. It can be linked with related alarm control systems. 4 Scope of application The fire extinguishing device can provide automatic fire protection for important fire sources such as switchboards, control cabinets, machine rooms, CNC and EMD machine tools, refrigerators, and air conditioners, and places where there is a high risk of fire in electric power, wind power, passenger cars, industrial plants, and homes. Has a good application value and prospects. 5 working principle The fire extinguishing device adopts a revolving and/or overlapping manner, and arranges the fire detection pipe inside a fire source such as a switchboard or an electrical cabinet to perform automatic fire protection. When a fire occurs in any location, the fire-detecting pipe is heated and blasted, and the superfine powder fire extinguishing agent is sprayed on the fire point.
