The CAQ system also obtains inspection tool information from MRIMP to generate a quality inspection checklist. These all have real-time requirements for manufacturing resources, and this requires collaboration between underlying manufacturing execution systems (MES) and process control systems (PCS). The MES obtains a list of various plans and resources from the planning department from the resource platform and refines the production plan. In turn, MES collects relevant data for the use of manufacturing resources in the production process of the enterprise through data acquisition equipment, and after system sorting and analysis, it is converted into effective information, transmitted to MRIMP, and provided to various production functions and management departments. use. The PCS system feeds the workshop manufacturing resource information to MRIMP in real time through the MES system. 2 MRIMP-based collaborative process design

In the process of product design to manufacturing, process design is a link that uses manufacturing resources more frequently. Manufacturing resource information is the basis of process design. In the process of programming, it is necessary to query the material inventory and other related information. It is necessary to know the usage status information of equipment resources and tooling, and to make the manufacturing resources according to the real-time data of the resource library and the dynamic resource decision-making library. Reasonable selection to improve the guidance of the process. When the craftsman carries out the process design, the system can automatically associate the relevant resources in the MRIMP by selecting the process name, and form various required resource views to improve the process design query efficiency. The collaborative design request can be sent to relevant personnel to compile the collaborative process. MRIMP supports multi-party collaborative browsing and co-simulation of manufacturing resources, and collaboratively schedules and configures manufacturing resources to reduce idle and overloaded manufacturing resources. In the collaborative tools, make full use of modern computer communication methods, use electronic whiteboards, collaborative browsers and web conferencing and other collaborative enabling tools. When the process design results are saved, the CAPP system automatically associates the MRIMP to check the completeness and correctness of the resource information. 3 application examples

In combination with the actual situation of a ship equipment manufacturing enterprise, the MRIMP system was developed using VC++, and on this basis, the CAPP application system and the MRIMP system resource customizable interface development were carried out. The resource platform data is obtained by using an external knowledge base method, and the resource information can be dynamically customized by the user, and the system automatically associates related resource information in the MRIMP. The MRIMP system supports manufacturing and supports collaborative scheduling of manufacturing resources.

4 Conclusion

Ensuring the smooth flow and sharing of enterprise resource information in various information systems in a collaborative environment is one of the keys to achieving synergy in the production activities of enterprises. This paper introduces a unified management platform system for manufacturing resources that supports collaborative process design. The system has been implemented and applied in a shipbuilding enterprise and has achieved good results.
