Six points to pay attention to the installation of solid wood flooring

Solid wood flooring is natural, and the price is higher than that of laminate flooring and parquet. Therefore, after purchasing a high-quality solid wood floor, you need to pay attention to the installation. Pay attention to the following points.

The keel is firm and the ground is flat

The floor is uneven, and some floors and keels are suspended. When you step on it, the floor is easy to make a sound. If the wooden keel is not well laid, it is easy to produce the same situation, so be sure to check the wooden keel after it has been laid. You can squat on the wooden keel with your feet and check whether the wooden keel is firm by shaking your feet. If it is not enough, you need reinforcement.

Keel and floor fixing need to pay attention

Fixing with wooden wedges and nails will result in insufficient nail holding force due to the small contact surface between the wooden wedge and the nail, which will easily cause the wooden keel to loosen, and it is easy to appear on the top. The fixing of the floor and the wood board bone, if it is not a rail paving, it needs to be fixed with nails. The selected nail is preferably a special screw for the floor, which is first drilled with a pistol and then fixed.

The keel needs to be dry and floodproof

The generally qualified solid wood floor has a moisture content of 12%. The wooden keel must be dried, so that the wooden floor will not absorb moisture due to the excessive humidity difference, causing the floor to erect and the paint surface to burst. Solid wood flooring has good logarithm and is prone to mites, so it is necessary to put wood chips in the wooden keel. The standard is to put one kilogram of wood chips per 8 square feet.

The color difference problem is well noticed in advance

The color of each solid wood floor will vary, so you should select the floor with similar color and texture before the formal laying, so that the overall paving effect will not have a big difference. It should be noted that when the floor is approached, it is best to check the quality of the floor by hand touch and visual inspection. If there is any problem, find and replace it in time.

The moisture-proof pad is laid a lot

In order to prevent the water vapor on the wall from "infecting" the solid wood floor, when laying the moisture-proof pad, not only the entire wooden keel should be covered, but also the moisture-proof pad should be left up along the corner of the wall for about 10CM. At the same time, 8-12CM expansion joints should be left between the wooden floor and the wall. If the stickers are too close, the floor will be easy to arch after expansion.

Floor leveling work can't be forgotten

After paving the first row of floors, the installer should be paralleled by the straight line. If it is not flat, it needs to be adjusted immediately. Otherwise, it will affect the back floor. After laying the board, it is best to put the ruler on the floor and see it. There is no gap between them, to ensure that it is flat.

Heat Pipe Solar Collector is one type of Vacuum Tube Solar Collector

The selective coating on the inner cover of the Vacuum Tubes converts solar energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminum fins. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapor which rises to the condenser. Then the heat passes through the heat exchanger, the water inside of header pipe is being heated, and the vapor becomes liquid, returning to the bottom of the heat pipe. This transference of heat creates a continuous circulation as long as the heat pipe vacuum tube collector is heated by sun.

Heat is transferred by liquid to the header pipe and heat the water efficiently. In addition, heat pipe vacuum tubes is highly freezing resistance, which ensures higher efficiency in cold areas.

Heat pipe solar collectors can be used in both pressurized or non-pressurized circulation systems.

Evacuated heat pipe technology

1. Evacuated tubes based on the thermos flask principle and consisting of two concentric glass tubes and an evacuated gap to prevent heat loss.
2. Highly selective absorber layer on the inner glass tubes (AI/ALN,) which enables an optimum energy yield.
3. Aluminum heat transfer plate to provide an optimum heat transfer medium system.
4. Copper heat pipes transfer the extracting heat effectively.
5. Rock wool insulation with an aluminum lamination in order to prevent heat loss in the manifold.
6. Compression ring fitting (Ø 22 mm) for flow and return which enable a safe and easy-to-install pipework connections.
7. The most common working fluid is water for ambient temperatures of - 30 °C to an operating temperature to 90 °C.
