The cause of quinclorac acid phytotoxicity

According to He Yunfei, a plant protection and forecasting station in Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, the article "Analysis of the phytotoxicity of quinclorac to rice and its causes" records that in recent years, there have been sporadic quinclorac poisonings in rice production. The heart of the seedlings with severe damage is curled into the onion and the tube is erect. After transplanting to the field, it is usually dead; if it survives, the formed tiller seedlings are also deformed, and some even the whole cluster of rice plants die. The seedlings with light phytotoxicity, the base of the stem is swollen, hardened and brittle, the heart leaves are narrowed and twisted into a deformed shape, but the tiller seedlings that grow after transplanting to the field still grow normally. The symptoms of phytotoxicity usually appear 10-15 days after application.

Causes of quinclorac acid physiology: First, the application time is earlier. According to the test, before the first leaf stage of the seedlings, especially in the period of the seedlings, even if the quinclorac is applied in a conventional amount, the phytotoxicity is highly likely to occur. It is safer to use the seedlings after the 2 leaf stage. The second is the impact of climate factors. Some time before the application of the plant, there was continuous rain and low temperature, and the quality of the seedlings was poor. It was easy to cause phytotoxicity to rice seedlings after application. Third, different rice varieties have different sensitivities to quinclorac. Generally, conventional rice is more sensitive than hybrid rice, and the underdeveloped roots of the seedlings are more sensitive than the roots of the seedlings. Third, the dosage is too high. The quinclorac is overused during the appropriate period of use, especially in the case of excessive use of the seedlings before the 4-leaf stage. Generally, the amount of pure quinclorac should not exceed 25 grams per acre (equivalent to 50% quinclorac 50 grams).

Centrifuge Tubes

Centrifuge tubes are used in laboratory centrifuges, machines that spin samples in order to separate solids out of liquid chemical solutions. The centrifuge tubes can be made of glass or plastic, and resemble miniature test tubes with tapered tips. They are mainly used in series test like the centrifuge of nucleic acid
