Various aspects of superhard tools

Selection of superhard tools:

l) The choice of blade material. First of all, according to the processing object, choose the appropriate composite material grade, pay attention to the particle size, content of the superhard material and the type of adhesive.

2) Selection of the cutting edge form. Superhard tool geometry is the most important factor affecting tool life and machining results, so different edge parameters should be selected for different machining objects. Due to its poor heat resistance, diamond cutters must choose sharp edges with a sawtooth of 3 Ã…. Because PCBN has poor toughness but good heat resistance, the cutting edge must be chamfered. The selection of other geometric parameters depends on the specific processing object.

3) Selection of cutting amount. The combination of the optimum cutting amount for a superhard tool is high cutting speed, small depth of cut, and small feed. Different materials to be processed have different ranges of cutting amounts. For details, please refer to the data provided by the tool manufacturer. When PCBN tools cut hard materials under high speed conditions, their life is higher than low speed due to the effect of metal softening. Therefore, when using PCBN tools, try to use higher cutting speeds.

4) Other precautions. Since superhard tools have lower toughness than cemented carbide tools, the process system must have sufficient rigidity and precision when in use. PCD tools require the use of cutting fluid. For PCBN tools, dry cutting is preferred when conditions permit. The impact of the edge quality of the super-hard tool edge on the tool life is much greater than that of the carbide tool. Therefore, the edge quality should be checked with a microscope of 50 times or more after sharpening. PCBN tools are not suitable for processing medium hardness (HRC35-50) materials.

Accessories of Led Street Light

Accessories of LED street light include mounting brackets, photocells, surge protectors, fuses, tempered glass ,and wire connectors. Mounting brackets are used to securely attach the light fixture to a pole or wall. Photocells are sensors that automatically turn the lights on and off based on the amount of ambient light. Surge protectors are devices that protect the LED street light from power surges and voltage spikes. Fuses are used to protect the circuitry from overloading and short circuits. Wire connectors are used to connect the wiring between the LED street light and the power source. These accessories are essential for the proper installation and operation of LED street lights.
