Hanging door installation precautions

1. If the package is opened between the door frame and the wall, carefully check whether the products and parts are intact.

2. Take out the door frame and place the front side of the material as far as possible to avoid scratching. The floor is best covered with cardboard or carpet.

3. The upper sliding hanging wheel is placed in the upper sliding slot in the correct order. The frame and the horizontal frame are correctly assembled and tightened with half-section self-tapping screws (the seams must be leveled). Special note: the upper sliding wheel must pay attention to its arrangement position to avoid rework

4. The installed door frame is placed in the door opening. Firstly, the left and right door frames are sealed horizontally and vertically, and the holes are positioned and fixed with expansion screws. (The screws should not be fixed too tightly, so that the fine adjustment when installing the door leaf) is too large. Then use a thin plate or other object to plug it inside.

5. If there is a louver, it should be ensured horizontally and vertically. The square is above the guide rail and the hole is fixed with the expansion screw (if the wall gap is too large, the thin wood piece is fastened and fixed). After installing the louver, the door is chute. The bottom frame of the air window is fixed by screws, and the door leaf without the air window is directly punched with the drill hole at the appropriate position of the upper chute, and fastened with the top wire. (Do not tighten the top wire too much, so that the overall fine adjustment in the next step).

6. Tighten the entire door frame to the left and right, fine-tune it up and down to the same plane and keep it vertical, and then tighten all the screws.

7. Whether the pulleys are at the same height and match the height of the site. If they are equal, the door leaf can be hung. If it does not match, adjust to the appropriate position and then hang the door leaf. (Note: the correct direction of the front and back of the door leaf)

8. After the door leaf is hung up, adjust the level of the upper pulley again, and prepare the positioning wheel after the swaying effect and the lock are accurate.

9. In the natural vertical state of the door, determine the installation position of the door leaf positioning wheel, draw the line, remove the door leaf, and fix the positioning wheel according to the correct screw of the positioning wheel. (Note: The door leaf positioning wheel must be installed on the center line in the groove below the door leaf, and the two ends are inclined by about 2mm according to the actual situation. The screw hole of the grounding hole is preferably a glass hole drill bit to prevent breaking the tile.

10. Hang the door leaf and check whether the gap between the two doors is uniform from top to bottom. If the unevenness is properly adjusted to the appropriate position and the level of the door leaf is tested, the swaying effect and the lock are smoothly and safely opened until all the best results are achieved. Remove the door leaf, tighten the positioning wheel screw, hang the door leaf again, and tighten the upper sliding wheel positioning adjustment screw.

11. The installation is basically completed. All the holes are covered with a plug. Spray the self-spraying wax on the position of the upper sliding wheel and the lock, reduce the noise and increase the slip, and clean the surface and the surrounding sanitation.
