(1) Installation and commissioning
1. Before installation, be sure to check whether the parts are good, whether the lubricating oil is on the foot, whether the bolts are loose, and whether the technical data is consistent with them.

3. After installation, it must be tested, one for no-load test, that is, let the screw make two strokes, listen to its abnormal sound, and check whether the installation meets the technical requirements. Only after the confirmation is correct can it be officially run. After the load has been running for a period of time, it is necessary to carry out the first maintenance. The metal foam generated by the friction of the new parts in the machine, especially the screw, nut, turbine and vortex rod, should be lightly washed, coated with lubricating oil, sealed tightly and continue to be used.

1. The operator must master the structure, performance and operation of the hoist and have some mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
2. Before the operation, the hoist is thoroughly inspected, the lubrication of each part is good, and the bolts are loose. Check whether the power line is connected and the switch is good when the motor is turned on and off.
3. During electric operation, the operator must not leave the site and immediately stop the problem.
4. When the hoist is repaired, the load must be removed.
5. When in use, it is necessary to inject the lubricating oil from the oil filling hole at all times. Always maintain sufficient lubricating oil. The screw should regularly remove the grease and apply new oil to prevent corrosion.
Second, cast iron gate
(1) Installation and commissioning
1. Before installation, first check the connection screws between the mullion and the horizontal frame, between the ram and the ram (refer to the gate of the multiple ram combination), whether it is loose during transportation and loading, and whether their joints are wrong. To adjust to a flat surface, then tighten the bolts.
2. During installation, the gate is vertically erected into the gate groove, and the pad is adjusted on the underside of the two sides of the vertical frame (the beam is strictly prohibited). The two vertical frames are erected with manual hoists and inclined, and the gates are straightened and leveled. String the anchor bolts, support the box for the first stage pouring, pay attention to the concrete can not bury the gate frame, so that the bottom plane of the brake frame is attached to the cement wall. When the concrete is solidified, adjust the gate frame and tighten the anchor bolts. When adjusting the gate, measure the gap around the gate and the seal of the gate at the back of the gate with a feeler gauge. If there is more than 0.3mm, the iron plate between the gate and the concrete wall is strong. , eliminate the gap, and then adjust to the surrounding clearance are below 0.3mm, and then carry out the second stage pouring, concrete is buried in the gate frame is preferably one-half.

4. Remove the reinforcement. Before the gate is delivered, in order to make the gate and the brake frame fit tightly, the gap is reduced after installation. The gates of 2m or more are installed with 4-6 hooking irons on the upper and lower horizontal frames, and the top wire is added to the shelf of the vertical frame. 1. When opening and closing the gate, pay attention to the upper and lower limit positions of the gate, and do not exceed the limit, so as not to damage the gate or the hoist.
2. If there is any abnormality in the process of opening and closing the gate, it should be stopped immediately and checked and repaired in time.
3. When the gate is closed, it is 10 cm away from the bottom of the gate, and it is suspended for 1 min, so that the rapids flush the debris in the bottom door slot, and then the gate is closed.
