2. If the belt is too tight or the fully automatic terminal machine is not on the same line as the shaft center of the driven machine, that is, the difference in heart will increase the bearing load and generate heat.

3. The inner and outer rings of the steel ball bearing are unbalanced, which is one of the causes of heat. The imbalance between the inner and outer rings of the terminal machine may come from machining. Because the base and end caps of the fully automatic terminal machine are machined separately, sometimes the bearing holes on the two end caps are not coaxial (ie the center line is not on a line). In addition, the assembly is poor, the screws on the end cover are unevenly tightened, dust and dirt on the mouth, and the inner and outer rings may be unbalanced.
