In terms of product processing:

1. For special parts, such as impellers, blades, elbows, etc., there are special five-axis machining strategies to achieve five-axis joint roughing, finishing and rounding (Fig. 6).

2. Correct and safe tool axis tilt control, which can be used according to the point, curve, coordinate axis and surface UV line direction, and based on the tool contact point algorithm, avoid zero speed cutting and improve surface quality (Figure 7).

3. Multi-axis blank function. When the table or tool is rotated by an angle, it can automatically identify the blank in the current coordinate system, evenly and safely cut, reduce the empty knife and improve efficiency.

4. The interference check of the intelligent blade, the shank and the shank is reflected to the user in the form of a report (Fig. 8).

5. Fast five-axis drilling function. According to the set angle limitation, the shape and position of the hole can be automatically recognized without the user's selection; after the hole position is determined, the shape and size parameters of the hole are automatically displayed, which is beneficial for the user to proofread and edit; and the system is uniformly grouped for user's editing. And modified (Figure 9).
