New progress in commissioning of JISCO's zinc, aluminum and magnesium products

After the first trial production of JISCO's zinc-aluminum-magnesium products was successful on November 8, the product debugging has made progress in recent days.

On the basis of the first commissioning, the management technicians of Hongxing Steel Co., Ltd.'s carbon steel sheet plant held several technical seminars to analyze and study the second commissioning scheme for zinc aluminum magnesium coating. In the absence of experience, we successfully overcome the difficulties and succeeded in the second trial production.

During the trial production process, the management technicians of the plant tracked the whole process, provided timely guidance, and fully responded to the temporary situation. The operator carefully operates according to the commissioning plan to ensure that the commissioning process is carried out as planned. The commissioning effectively solved the quality defects that occurred during the first trial production.
