New spring end face grinder control system developed successfully

After a long period of painstaking research and combined with many years of successful experience in the field of numerical control systems, the MJK90-2 CNC spring end face grinding machine control system developed by Zhongda Dentsu Nanjing Branch has recently achieved success.
As a standard part, spring is widely used in various machines, especially its accuracy has an extremely important influence on the performance of the machine. The production process of the spring is divided into four steps: coil spring---face grinding---deburring---heat treatment. The spring end face grinding machine grinds the end face of the spring so that the height and finish of the spring meet the process requirements. It is the key equipment in the spring production process, and its accuracy directly determines the quality of the spring.
The system configuration of MJK90-2 CNC spring end face grinder control system researched by Zhongda is quite reasonable and unique. This set of equipment is fully equipped with Delta's electromechanical products. It uses EH series PLC to control 4 M series inverters, and monitors through Delta's DOP A series 10.4 inch TFT color screen. The detection of the position of the grinding head is obtained by the PLC high-speed counter by the high-speed pulse returned by the rotary encoder. The other two encoders are used for up and down compensation motor position detection. The input of the encoder is AB phase. EHPLC can count 4 AB phase pulses at the same time, and the single phase counting frequency can reach 200KHZ. The pressure applied to the spring is converted into 0 to 20 ma by the current transducer and then connected to the O4AD-H module of the PLC.
Such a good configuration is inseparable from its working principle. When the system starts working, first place the spring blank produced by the coil spring machine into the left (or right) loading tray of the end grinding machine, start the machine, press the left loading tray to enter the button, and let the left tray enter the working area. When the left tray motor rotates rapidly, the upper grinding head rotates quickly and runs down to face grinding the spring. When grinding, the right loading tray rotates slowly to allow workers to load spring blanks and increase production efficiency. Grinding is divided into two steps, first rough grinding to the process size, and then fine grinding (feed motor does not run) to improve the smoothness of the spring end face. After the grinding is completed, the left tray automatically exits the discharge, and the right tray enters the work area and continues to be ground.
In addition to excellent configuration and performance, the device also fully considers the requirements of the customer in the operation mode of the system, and combines artificial intelligence and machine intelligence perfectly. The control mode is divided into manual control mode and automatic control mode. The manual control mode can be adjusted separately for any one motor at the same time; the automatic operation mode equipment grinds the spring according to the set process, has strict intermodal relationship, and can be suspended at any time. Fine-tune the device and continue grinding.
At present, the PLC control system has passed the rigorous testing of a certain customer. Not only that, but the test results also show that its technical indicators have reached the leading level in the same industry, and it has been mass-produced. The main advantages are as follows:

·The parameter adjustment is operated by the touch screen, which is convenient and intuitive, and can monitor the production status of the machine in real time. The machine will automatically alarm when the fault occurs. The intelligent program is extremely high. Double tray circulation conversion, continuous grinding, and the left or right tray can be fed separately. Grinding, strong applicability · Double tray conversion, loading and unloading cylinders, adjustable pressure and speed, high degree of automation; grinding wheel loading, unloading, bracket assisting, rest wheel does not need to open the workbench, saving time and effort.
